1. Do I need an account to shop ?
 
 Yes, you have to register an account to purchase our product and also it can give you a faster way to
 checkout and payment and you don't have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products.

1. Do you have any stores?

 Yes, we have stores at Baywalk Mall Tunnel, Lippo Mall Puri, and Summarecon Mall Bekasi

2. Are your items manufactured yourself?

  Yes, we self- designed & manufactured  our brand.

3. Can I order according to my measurement?

 You can check the size guide at Size Guidance and description on each items

 4. Can I pay with credit card?

 Yes, absolutely you can pay with credit card. But currently we only accept credit card 

 payment through midtrans.

 5. When you will send my order?

 We will send your order after you checkout you’re order and do payment to your order.

 We ship everyday exclude national/public holidays & Sunday. Our courier usually pick up the items at  

 3 PM everyday.

 6. How can I track my order?

 You can track your oder by click on your name on right top. Then click account history.

 7. Can I exchange or return the items I bought ?

 Sale Items can’t be returned and changed.

 Hence you can exchange the items you bought if (damage, wrong size/colour) H+2 counted

 since you received the package (the tag shouldn't be removed) and with notifications (you can notify our sales admin) 

 8. Can I cancel my order?

 Unfortunately, no. Please make sure your order first before you do payment.

 9. Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we do ship overseas.

 10. What if I haven't received my package yet altough the tracking said it's been delivered ?
